Qualified Medication Aide

Grow a rewarding career through our Apprenticeship Program and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As a Medication Aide at Trilogy, you will play a vital role in preparing, administering, and documenting medications across our health campus.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, administer, and document all medications used across your health campus.
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
• Ensure that all medications brought into the health campus by new residents are examined and identified by the attending physician, the facility pharmacy, or pharmacist.
• Contribute to creating a caring, compassionate environment where residents feel valued and safe.
• Follow health campus policies and procedures regarding the disposal of medications.

Requirements:

• Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide).
• Experience as a QMA or CMA in a long-term care or home care setting is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
