- Responsible for program-level activities that meet our members’ needs and are aligned with our mission.
- Responsibilities are confidential in nature, requiring advanced organizational and communication skills.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of Wellby’s organizational functions and general operating policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of personal computer, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and practices, business English, spelling, punctuation, and arithmetic.
- Skilled in operating computer equipment and general office machines such as personal computers, copiers, projection equipment, audio/video, Microsoft Teams, Zoom Video Communication, and adding devices.
- Ability to work with multiple software programs concurrently to complete transactions.
- Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.
- Ability to efficiently understand and follow oral and written instructions, perform routine duties without close supervision, deal effectively with the public, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with other team members.
- Ability to coordinate several concurrent activities simultaneously.
- Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Team member does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
- The team member follows Wellby’s policies, procedures, and federal and state laws and regulations in accomplishing assignments.
- The team member performs various related tasks, primarily routine but sensitive in nature.
- Nonroutine situations or conflicts are usually referred to the supervisor for resolution.
- Instructions to the team member may be general or specific in nature.
- Established procedures and/or supervisor determines courses of action.
- The team member’s work is reviewed periodically for accuracy, completion, and compliance with the policies and procedures.

- To perform this job successfully, the team member is frequently required to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Daily movements include sitting, standing, reaching, and grasping; operating computers and other office equipment; moving about the office; and attending possible onsite and offsite meetings. The team member must be able to exchange information in person, in writing, and via telephone. Some degree of stress results from contact with members, management, and other team members.
- The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
- Must be able to occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds across the office and load them onto shelves for various needs.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Work involves the typical risks and discomforts of an office environment but is usually in an adequately cooled, heated, lighted, and ventilated area.
- Currently enrolled in a four-year degree program from an accredited college or university.
- Completed at least two years of undergraduate studies.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Computer skills a must; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products or related software.
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Possess the eligibility to work and remain in the US without sponsorship.
- This is a full-time hourly (non-exempt) role. Candidates must be able to work full-time for the summer of May-August 2025 (40 hours/week, generally 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., 1 hour meal period Monday-Friday).
