REQUIREMENTS:
- BCBA certification through the BACB
- Master’s degree in a related field
- At least one year of experience in ABA
- Experience with training and supervising RBTs and have completed the required supervision training through the BACB
- Highly skilled in NET and play-based teaching styles
- Competent in assessment delivery, scoring, and data interpretation to meet various insurance requirements and clinical best practices
- BLS CPR Certified
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: (not exclusive)
- Provides direct and supervision services to a small caseload of clients treated in the home and community settings
- Trains and supervises a team of RBTs
- Completes assessments, writes/updates treatments plans, creates/implements protocols
- Provides on-going parent training for each client at least 1 time per month per client
- Writes detailed programs individualized for each client and modifies programs weekly based assessment outcomes and socially significant goals for each client
- Completes all medical documentation (session notes) required for each billable session
- Participates in weekly department meetings and collaboration meetings with a multi-disciplinary team of therapists for each client
- Reports to and collaborates with the Clinical Director and the ABA Coordinator

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
