Job Purpose
As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the success of launching and managing a product portfolio. You will work closely with customers, other Product Managers, Designers, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Legal and other internal stakeholders to define, design, develop, and manage one or more products.
Responsibilities
- Capturing customer needs, defining user journeys, designing new product features for highly regulated software medical solutions (mobile and web)
- Lead execution of the product roadmap based on the prioritization, and shipping features and products to further the needs of our users and the business.
- Create detailed product requirements as necessary, based on customer and industry research. Ensure that requirements that have a regulatory component are thoroughly and sustainably tested
- Contribute to the short-, medium-, and long-term roadmaps for the platform
- Collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all areas of the organization
- Manage multiple efforts, operate with tight deadlines, and have the awareness to reset priorities as needed
- Work with product managers, engineering, and design teams to ensure the vision of each product becomes a reality
- Work with teams spread across multiple geographical locations for delivering quality product
Required Skills & Experience
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Info Systems, Information Technology or a closely related field and 5 years of experience.
- 5 years of working with external or internal customers to define, capture, collaborate, and document product requirement
- 3 years of applied experience in development, release, and maintenance of software-based medical devices
- Have led and/or managed product teams
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Experience in technical product management, software development or implementation
- Experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Experience bringing new software products to market
- Strong organizational, leadership, communications (written and verbal), problem solving, critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and good documentation practices
- A creative approach to problem solving, and the ability to problem-solve in real-time
Welldoc operates in ISO 13485 and MDSAP regulated and HITRUST and SOC 2 Type II compliant environments. Therefore, it is expected that all employees will have either, prior experience working in those environments or, will be trained to understand the requirements needed to work and support those requirements and culture as they relate to individual roles and responsibilities.
Required Education
· A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
Compensation & Benefits
Welldoc offers a competitive compensation package which, in addition to salary, includes generous PTO, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision care, life and disability insurance, retirement benefits, and the opportunity to participate in health savings accounts and/or dependent care accounts. The anticipated salary range for this position is between 135-170K/year with the expectation that most candidates will fall around the midpoint of the range.
Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment, you may be required to complete and clear a multi-panel drug screening process. This screening is in connection with requirements set by certain of the Company’s customers, with which you may be working in this role, and will at all times be administered under all applicable laws.

Salary : $135,000 - $170,000
