About the Opportunity:
Welldone Chemical is seeking a Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in Mexico and Brazil and across North and South America. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong sales expertise in HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP applications. This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Houston, TX.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Develop and execute sales strategies for HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the coating, painting, putty, ceramic tile adhesive, and mortar industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Benchmark competitors like Lotte Fine Chemical and Ashland Cellulose Ether to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
· 5 years of sales experience in coating, painting, and construction chemicals.
· Proven track record of managing key accounts and distributors, especially in Mexico and Brazil.
· Deep understanding of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, RDP, and their applications.
· Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
· Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
(Welldone Chemical will not sponsor work visas for this role).
· Willingness to travel as necessary to meet business objectives.
