Job Title: FOOD AND BEVERAGE COOK - AM COOK

Job Summary: A culinarian provides the opportunity to create exceptional dishes for our customers in an innovative, energetic environment. Connecting our customers to a travel experience by providing quality food choices to create a memorable experience. This position is a Full Time position that requires the person to work AM or PM Shifts including weekends.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
- Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
- Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
Skills and Abilities:
- Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
Experience/Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous kitchen/cook experience 1 year minimum in hotel restaurant or full service restaurant
- Food Certifications
