- Rebuilds differentials to the Weller remanufacturing standard.
- Reviews used parts/pieces and determines reusability according to the Weller remanufacturing standard.
- Utilizes diagnostic equipment and tools effectively to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Collaborates with a team of skilled technicians to ensure efficient workflow and achieve production targets.
- Performs quality inspections of finished products.
- Operates press machines, torches, power tools, hand tools, etc. properly.
- Follows safety protocols and maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Exercises effective problem-solving skills.
- Regular attendance is an essential function of the position.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must stand for 8 hours per day.
- Frequent walking.
- Hearing protection may be required in some areas.
- Ability to see fine details may be required during performance of some functions.
- Fine motor skills are required (finger / hand manipulation).
- May need to lift weight greater than 50 lbs. at times.
