The Role: Stability and Structure at the Core 

• Lead with confidence: Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures in collaboration with management. 
• Ensure compliance: Maintain federal, state, and local safety standards, including OSHA regulations, recordkeeping, and reporting. 
• Focus on prevention: Conduct regular on-site behavioral safety assessments to proactively identify and mitigate risks. 
• Support the team: Train employees on safety standards and provide technical guidance to the safety committee. 
• Drive excellence: Monitor accident reports, recommend improvements, and oversee fleet safety and DOT compliance.

Is This You? 

• You have at least five years of occupational health and safety experience in an industrial setting. 
• You’re deeply knowledgeable about OSHA standards, safety policies, and compliance software like ISNET or PEC. 
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to create clear and actionable policies. 
• You value accuracy, process, and teamwork in everything you do.
