Travel to Maine (ME) on your next locum tenens job Wellhart's client is looking to staff three (3) temporary home health nurse practitioners (NPs) starting in early January. Applicants must be comfortable providing care to patients 65 in their homes. In order to provide continuity of care for patients, locums must be willing to commit to working 4-5 days / week, Mon-Fri or Mon-Thurs, covering 16 weeks. NPs will be providing in-home assessments including full health assessments (blood pressure checks, medication overview, and providing referrals for specialty care). EKG may be required and equipment will be provided. Charting must be completed the same day.
