Wellhart was founded in 2018 with a mission to tackle the urgent healthcare staffing shortages at commercial medical facilities and local, state, and federal government agencies. We are one of the fastest growing healthcare staffing companies in the US. Our teams place physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, and CRNA’s, including behavioral health providers on short-and long-term assignments, filling immediate gaps in healthcare coverage.
As one of our entry-level Recruiters, you will grow and develop a portfolio of healthcare providers and work with our team of Account Executives to fill their critical staffing needs. The work you do will help ensure patients in need of care can be seen by a provider.

Responsibilities
- Grow, develop and consult with a portfolio of healthcare providers who you will help with their staffing needs
- Cultivate strong relationships with the clients in your portfolio with the intention of earning their continued business
- Provide high-quality customer service to ensure all assignments are running smoothly
- Work closely with Wellhart’s sales support teams throughout the entire assignment process
- Exceed goals, smash your sales numbers, and ultimately: make a lot of money!
Qualification
- Strong work ethic

- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
