My client offers best in class back office services and support. In addition they offer a six figure salary plus 30 % commission during validation, great splits (30% new, 30% renewal, but new hits 40% if you write more than $80K in new business) and most importantly a Long Term Incentive Compensation Plan.
In this model you can earn a one time cash payment equal to the size of your book that you generate at the end of 5 years. This is an outstanding opportunity to build an asset that you can use for college tuition, weddings, a second vacation home, etc.
This organization generates over $50 million in Agency Revenue in their network of offices throughout the MidAtlantic / Southeast.
