They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Insurance Sales Producer to join their team. As a key member of this sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and offering tailored commercial insurance solutions. This client offers best in class back office services and support.
In addition they offer a Six figure salary during validation, great splits (30% new, 30% renewal, but new hits 40% if you write more than $80K in new business) and most importantly a Long Term Incentive Compensation Plan . In this model you can earn a one time cash payment equal to the size of your book that you generate at the end of 5 years.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and develop new commercial insurance clients
- Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction
