Wellington Development Company is a real estate development firm focused on delivering high-quality projects. We seek a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the firm's operations and assist the owner with day-to-day administrative and executive tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Assist the owner with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and preparing reports.
- Handle QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint-related tasks.
- Coordinate deliveries, order office supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Assist with breakfast arrangements and other personal tasks as needed.
- Support in organizing and preparing financial reports, presentations, and documents.
- Act as a point of contact between the owner, partners, vendors, etc handling correspondence professionally.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a development or real estate firm is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Full time/Part-time role with flexible hours.
- Competitive pay based on experience.
