We are searching for a talented Food Product Development Manager to lead our client's R&D department in the development of innovative food products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the creation of new products, optimization of existing products, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new food products, ensuring they meet business objectives and customer needs
- Optimize existing food products, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source high-quality ingredients and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Requirements:
Masters degree (M.S.) in Food Science or equivalent with 5-10 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree (B.S.) with 10-15 years of experience within food research and development, or applications with food ingredient and formulations.

Additional Requirements:
