This team is responsible for the administration of the Firm's Code of Ethics Policy, which relates to ethical conduct and addresses areas of conflict of interest, including personal investing, receipt of gifts and entertainment, and outside activities. The Code of Ethics team also monitors compliance with the firm's Policy and Procedures Regarding Political Contributions.ResponsibilitiesResponding to questions from employees regarding the Firm's Code of Ethics Policies / ProgramSupporting process, system, and data-dependent elements of the Code of Ethics programCollaborating with EMEA and APAC compliance colleagues, Operational Risk, and Internal Audit to drive coordinated outcomesSupporting other key Legal, Compliance, and Risk Group initiativesDeveloping and conducting regulatory training for the businessResponding to regulatory inquiries or examinations in these areas, as appropriateServing as a point of escalation for our offshore colleaguesCreating and maintaining operational proceduresSupporting Section 16 filing requirementsQualificationsUndergraduate degree, preferably in finance, business, or other relevant field; MBA, Masters, or a professional designation (e.g., CFA) is a plusMinimum 3-5 years of experience with compliance, operational, or business controls for an investment advisorExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, exercise strong business judgment, and work under pressureAbility to influence outcomes through collaboration and well-defined advice to the businessEnthusiasm for finding and using technology to solve problemsStrong analytical problem-solving skillsGlobal mindsetAbility to synthesize, condense, and convey regulatory and policy information to key stakeholders in clear and simple termsProficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) for data analysis and visualization; experience with Power Automate, Alteryx, or other process automation tools is beneficialNot sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
