Wellington Place at Whiting is currently hiring an Assistant Facility Director for our CBRF community located in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. The Assistant Director works under the direction of the Facility Administrator. The Assistant Director's primary duties involve scheduling of staff and handling the day-to-day functions of the facility, in collaboration with the Administrator, in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing community-based residential facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Must have current CBRF Certification
- Demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills
- Must speak and understand English
- Previous experience in healthcare, geriatrics, or a long-term care setting
- Patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude toward the elderly
- High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership/Management experience in a healthcare or business setting
- Experience with healthcare scheduling
