Construction Project Manager

Overview:

Supporting a rapidly expanding, Rochester-based general contracting firm seeking an up-and-coming Project Manager for our field crew. This position will handle a wide range of projects, from small residential additions and remodels to large commercial and multifamily renovations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all aspects of commercial and building renovation projects
• Maintain daily project schedules
• Ensure sub-contractor quality in the field
• Maintain safety measures at all times and ensure OSHA compliance
• Provide a clean and organized job site
• Ensure project compliance with the contract documents
• Arrange inspections as required
• Coordinate with owners, architects, vendors, and subcontractors
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of construction experience and project scheduling
• Significant knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment
• Ability to be physically mobile
• Strong attention to detail
