Supporting a rapidly expanding, Rochester-based general contracting firm seeking an up-and-coming Project Manager for our field crew. This position will handle a wide range of projects, from small residential additions and remodels to large commercial and multifamily renovations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise all aspects of commercial and building renovation projects
- Maintain daily project schedules
- Ensure sub-contractor quality in the field
- Maintain safety measures at all times and ensure OSHA compliance
- Provide a clean and organized job site
- Ensure project compliance with the contract documents
- Arrange inspections as required
- Coordinate with owners, architects, vendors, and subcontractors
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of construction experience and project scheduling
- Significant knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment
- Ability to be physically mobile
- Strong attention to detail
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
