Team is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to manage on-site operations for commercial interior and big box retail projects ranging from $5M to $50M. This position involves overseeing field teams, subcontractors, and day-to-day job site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site operations for luxury retail and big box construction projects
- Manage subcontractors, field staff, and assistant superintendents
- Maintain close communication with project managers, architects, engineers, and client representatives
- Create and manage weekly and multi-week look-ahead schedules
- Oversee job site safety, quality control, and compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate between trades and verify layout and dimensional accuracy
- Ensure proper documentation: maintain daily logs, safety reports, and project photos
- Lead weekly job site and subcontractor coordination meetings
- Assist in closeout, inspections, and warranty work
- May manage multiple simultaneous projects, including fast-track or quick turn builds
- Travel as needed to oversee projects across various U.S. regions
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of superintendent experience in retail/commercial construction
- Proven success delivering complex projects, particularly in occupied or high-profile spaces
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and submittals
- Skilled at managing schedules, budgets, safety protocols, and job site logistics
- Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work autonomously or within a team
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification preferred
- Hands-on construction or trade experience is a plus
Technical Proficiency:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Procore (required)
- Timberline/Sage (preferred)
Salary : $175,000 - $220,000
