Responsibilities

- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, and transportation.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with agreements.
- Provide exceptional guest services throughout the event lifecycle.
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote upcoming events.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the guest experience.
- Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
Experience
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination within hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Familiarity with fundraising events is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in banquet service or guest services is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution is essential.
