ABOUT US:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Store Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Customer Experience:
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective strategies to meet and exceed store targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and consultative environment.
- Act as a product expert, providing in-depth knowledge of Wellis hot tubs and accessories.
- Maintain a high level of store presentation in line with Wellis brand standards.
Warranty Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty claims and issues.
- Work closely with the Wellis support department to process warranty requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty cases, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Communicate warranty terms clearly to customers and manage expectations effectively.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members, fostering accountability and motivation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a passion for wellness products.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
Marketing & Community Engagement:
- Partner with the marketing team to execute local promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community members to drive store traffic.
- Maintain an active presence on social media, promoting store offerings and events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
- 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods, home improvement, or wellness industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies.
- Proficiency in retail management software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with warranty processes and customer service best practices is a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Passion for wellness, fitness, or home improvement industries is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
- Ability to lift and move products as part of the showroom setup.
