What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at Wellist?
Wellist is seeking an Call Center Representative reporting into our Director, Directory Call Center Operations at our Nashville, Tennessee location. You will make life easier for employees, patients, and their families by providing access to valuable resources such as financial assistance, emotional support, transportation, and beyond.
You will work on a team to call community resources to confirm and record vendor information so that Wellist users have access to the most accurate and helpful information when they need support. This includes effectively delivering the scripting specific to each category and entering all information completely, without error. This position offers a compensation rate of $21 per hour.
What You Will Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to vendors to verify and update contact information, services offered, geographic coverage, and other relevant details.
- Confirm vendor credentials and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Accurately document and update all vendor interactions and information in our database.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or incomplete data, following up as necessary.
- Provide feedback on any patterns or issues observed during the verification process to support continuous improvement.
