Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Clinical Director the IOP Therapist facilitates regular groups, intakes, and family meetings and is the primary contact for families assigned on their caseload. The IOP clinician will be expected to:
- Carry a caseload of adolescents and act as the designated point of contact for the family.
- Facilitate individual, family and group therapies within the framework of the Intensive Outpatient Program.
- Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon intake
- Facilitate regular evidence based therapeutic groups.
- Facilitate regular family meeting sessions.
- Timely completion of clinical documentation.
- Attend scheduled treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a master’s degree from an accredited graduate school in marriage family therapy, counseling, social work or psychology.
- Active Associate License, in Good Standing (AMFT/APCC/ACSW) in California.
- Experience in providing family therapy for adolescents and parents.
- Trained and experience with evidenced- based clinical practices including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care preferred.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus

Pay Scale
$36.00 - 44.00 per hour - Pay is determined by experience and includes a differential for our bilingual, Spanish-speaking clinicians.
