We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child and Family Therapist to join our team at WellLife Network. As a CPST Specialist, you will work closely with children and families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote stability, growth, and resilience.
Job Summary
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will deliver evidence-based interventions and support services to children and families affected by behavioral health challenges. Your expertise and dedication will enable us to provide high-quality care that addresses the unique needs of each child and family.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver intensive interventions, including counseling, crisis avoidance, intermediate-term crisis management, rehabilitative psychoeducation, strengths-based service planning, and rehabilitative supports.
- Collaborate closely with the youth's OLP, PSR, and/or third-party psychiatric treatment providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that align with identified goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
- One year of applicable experience working with children and families.
- Strong knowledge of childhood psychiatric disorders and evidence-based practices.
