Finance Manager

The Financial Manager is responsible for all financial activities within the flooring factory, including budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and compliance management. The role requires ensuring the accuracy of financial records, optimizing resource allocation, and providing strategic financial insights to support the factory's daily operations and long-term development. Additionally, the Financial Manager must ensure the factory adheres to internal policies, tax regulations, and local accounting standards.

日常管理 Daily Management

• 按照美国会计相关法律法规规定审核原始单据的合理性、合法性、有效性.
• Review the validity, legality, and effectiveness of original documents in accordance with U.S. accounting laws and regulations

• 负责与关联公司往来对账工作。
• Responsible for account reconciliation with affiliated companies.

• 妥善保管会计凭证、会计账簿、会计报表和其他会计资料。
• Safely manage accounting vouchers, ledgers, financial statements, and other accounting records.

• 负责审核员工工资，协助制定薪酬福利相关事项。
• Responsible for reviewing employee salaries and assisting in developing salary and benefits policies.

• 根据会计准则要求编制会计凭证记账、复账、报账，做到手续完备，数字准确，账目清楚，按期报账。
• Prepare accounting vouchers, reconciliations, and reports as required by accounting standards. Ensure complete documentation, accurate numbers, clear accounts, and timely reporting.

• 完成财务总监交付的其他工作。
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Finance Director.

财务规划与预算管理 Financial Planning and Budget Management

• 制定和实施工厂年度财务预决算，资金趋势分析，风险预案提出。
• Develop and implement the factory's annual financial budget and forecast. Analyze funding trends and propose risk mitigation plans.

• 监控预算执行情况，分析偏差，并提出改进建议。
• Monitor budget execution, identify variances, and suggest improvement measures.

• 编制现金流预测，确保工厂的资金流动性。
• Prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure the factory's liquidity.

财务报告与分析 Financial Reporting and Analysis

• 定期准备和提交财务报表，包括损益表、资产负债表和现金流量表。
• Prepare and submit regular financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• 以料工费为核心对所有运营数据制定计算逻辑，交叉计算并进行财务分析，为管理层提供决策支持。
• Establish calculation logic focused on material, labor, and overhead costs, conduct cross-checks, and perform financial analysis to support management decisions.

• 识别和报告财务风险，并提供解决方案。
• Identify and report financial risks and provide solutions.

成本控制与资源管理 Cost Control and Resource Management

• 监督工厂的生产成本和运营费用，确保成本控制在合理范围内。
• Oversee production costs and operating expenses to ensure cost control within reasonable limits.

• 优化资源分配，提高资金使用效率。
• Optimize resource allocation to improve the efficiency of fund usage.

• 负责公司固定资产的账务管理，定期与资产管理部门开展盘点工作。
• Manage the company's fixed assets and conduct regular inventory checks with the asset management department.

• 审核并批准重大财务支出，确保符合公司政策和预算。
• Review and approve major financial expenditures to ensure compliance with company policies and budgets.

合规管理与内部控制 Compliance and Internal Control

• 确保财务活动符合当地税务法规和会计准则。
• Ensure all financial activities comply with local tax regulations and accounting standards.

• 建立和维护内部控制体系，防范财务风险。
• Establish and maintain an internal control system to mitigate financial risks.

• Collaborate with auditors to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial records.

• Manage tax declarations and payments to ensure timely and compliant tax filing.

• 识别税务优惠政策，并提出税务筹划建议，合理降低税务成本。
• Identify tax incentives and propose tax planning strategies to reduce tax costs reasonably.

团队管理与培训 Team Management and Training

• 领导财务团队，分配工作任务，并对团队成员的绩效进行评估。
• Lead the finance team, assign tasks, and evaluate team members' performance.

• 组织财务团队的专业培训，提升团队的专业能力和工作效率。
• Organize professional training for the finance team to enhance their expertise and efficiency.

教育背景 Educational Background

• 财务、会计、经济或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 持有注册会计师（CPA）。
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification is preferred.

工作经验 Experience Request

• 10年以上财务经理经验，有制造业或木地板工厂财务经验者优先。
• At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Manager, preferably in manufacturing or flooring factories.

• 熟悉美国会计法律法规优先。
• Familiarity with U.S. accounting laws and regulations is preferred.

• 熟悉财务规划、成本控制、财务分析及税务管理。
• Familiar with financial planning, cost control, financial analysis, and tax management.
