Overview
We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support daily HR operations in our manufacturing division, including onboarding, labor cost analysis, recruitment support, and training system development. The ideal candidate will have a background in Human Resources or a related field, experience in HR within the manufacturing industry, and strong skills in data analysis and personnel management. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
Job Duties
- Ensure smooth onboarding training and follow up on new hires’ adaptation.
- Provide policy and process support to optimize the onboarding experience.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret employee cost data to provide optimization recommendations.
- Prepare labor cost reports to support financial and management decision-making.
- Monitor labor cost trends and provide data insights for budget planning and workforce management.
- Conduct labor cost breakdown and analysis for direct and indirect labor in manufacturing.
- Track labor costs in relation to production efficiency and optimize workforce allocation.
- Assist in developing performance-based incentive plans to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Download, screen, and manage candidate resumes from the recruitment system.
- Coordinate interviews and work closely with the recruitment team to optimize hiring processes.
- Support hiring needs analysis and assist departments in developing talent acquisition strategies.
- Assist in building the training framework, including onboarding, skill enhancement, and leadership training.
- Support the development and management of a training course library and maintain training records.
- Track training effectiveness and optimize training programs for better ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry, familiar with HR processes in a factory environment.
- Proficiency in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables), HR systems, and other office software.
- Strong analytical skills to support labor cost optimization.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different levels of management and employees.
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred to support diverse workforce management in manufacturing.
