Material Controller

物控专员负责管理工厂的物料供应链，确保生产过程中物料的及时供应、库存的准确控制以及物料成本的有效管理。该岗位需与采购、仓库和生产部门紧密协作，优化物料管理流程，及时解决物料供应异常问题，支持生产计划的顺利执行。

The Material Control Specialist is responsible for managing the factory's material supply chain, ensuring timely material supply during production, accurate inventory control, and effective cost management. This role involves close collaboration with procurement, warehouse, and production departments to optimize material management processes, address supply issues promptly, and support the smooth execution of production plans.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities：

• 依据生产计划和客户订单需求，制定物料需求计划和进料计划。
• Develop material requirement plans and inbound schedules based on production plans and customer orders.

• 监控物料的采购和到货情况，确保生产所需物料的及时供应。
• Monitor material procurement and delivery to ensure timely supply of materials for production.

• 管理五金配件、原材料和成品的库存，确保合理安全库存水平。
• Manage the inventory of hardware, raw materials, and finished products, ensuring reasonable safety stock levels.

• 定期盘点库存，确保物料数据的准确性。
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure data accuracy.

• 优化库存管理流程，避免物料短缺或过剩。
• Optimize inventory management processes to avoid material shortages or surpluses.

• 根据生产原料来料时间，与销售部门和计划部门共同制定备货计划，控制来料速度。
• Collaborate with the sales and planning departments to develop stocking plans based on raw material lead times and control material inflow speed.

• 根据计划部门制定的排产计划，提前确认计划达成率，并与客户沟通发货时间，确保货物及时发出。
• Confirm production schedule attainment rates in advance and communicate shipping times with customers to ensure timely dispatch of goods.

• 核实生产超领料情况，防止浪费。
• Verify excessive material issuance in production to prevent waste.

• 控制物料采购和库存成本，优化物料使用效率。
• Control material procurement and inventory costs to optimize material usage efficiency.

• 分析物料成本数据，提出成本节约建议。
• Analyze material cost data and provide recommendations for cost savings.

• 针对物料供应过程中的异常问题，及时与采购、仓库和生产部门沟通，协调解决问题。
• Address any issues in the material supply process by communicating with procurement, warehouse, and production departments.

• 协助处理物料品质、交期异常等问题，确保物料问题不影响生产进度。
• Assist in resolving material quality and delivery issues to ensure they do not disrupt production schedules.

• 定期对仓库进行复盘，确保仓库数据的准确性。
• Conduct regular warehouse reviews to ensure the accuracy of warehouse data.

• 与采购、仓库、生产和质量部门保持密切沟通，确保物料管理流程的顺畅。
• Maintain close communication with procurement, warehouse, production, and quality departments to ensure smooth material management processes.

• 参与生产计划和物料需求的调整，满足业务变化需求。
• Participate in adjusting production plans and material requirements to meet changing business needs.

岗位要求 Qualification

• 大专及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理或相关专业优先。
• Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related fields.

• 0 - 2年以上制造业或物控相关经验，具备地板行业经验者优先。
• 0 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or material control, with flooring industry experience preferred.

• 中英文双语流利者优先考虑。
• Being fluent in both Chinese and English will be a significant advantage.

• 熟悉ERP系统及库存管理软件的操作。
• Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.

• 具备数据分析能力，能够识别和解决物料管理中的问题。
• Strong data analysis skills to identify and resolve issues in material management.
