Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential customers to expand the market coverage of the company's flooring products.
- Maintain existing customer relationships through regular visits and understanding their needs to provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop and execute individual sales plans to achieve company-set sales targets on time.
- Report sales progress in a timely manner and adjust sales strategies according to market changes.
- Be familiar with the features and advantages of the company's flooring products to demonstrate and promote them to customers.
- Participate in industry exhibitions and marketing events to increase brand awareness.
- Gather market information and analyze competitors' products and pricing strategies.
- Provide customer feedback and market demands to relevant departments in the company.
- Negotiate contracts with customers to ensure terms align with company policies.
- Handle contract signing and follow-up to ensure smooth order execution.
- Respond promptly to pre-sales and after-sales inquiries and provide professional technical support and services.
- Address customer complaints and quality issues to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualification
- Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 0 - 3 years of sales experience, with preference for experience in the flooring industry.
- Being fluent in both Chinese and English will be a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Office applications and customer management systems(Salesforce).
- Understanding of market trends and customer needs, with strong market analysis skills.
- Possess a positive work attitude and self-motivation, with the ability to identify and solve problems proactively.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.
