Educational Assistant – 6 weeks to 5 years of age
Description - The Educational Assistant is responsible for ensuring the physical, mental, emotional and social well-being of the children in their care. The individual is expected to assist the Lead Educator in maintaining age appropriate classroom environment, lesson plans and activities that meet State of Tennessee Licensure Rules and Star Quality standards for child care.
Schedule – Potential work hours are Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:45 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Occasional evening or weekend training sessions may be required.
Education/Experience – Qualified applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Other Requirements -
-Must possess a valid driver's license
-Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs comfortably and without assistance
-Able to be active up to 8 hours
