We are seeking a person to attend our offsite Marketing Events and do all patient scheduling while representing our practice and assisting the Events team in any other ways needed. They will be Responsible for interacting with patients in a healthcare setting, making and answering outbound/inbound calls, and managing administrative tasks for the medical team. Medical Front Desk Administrative staff and Call Center Representatives will facilitate communication and recordkeeping in the medical office. Their main role is to serve as a point of contact for patients before and after their appointment, work at the front desk or office area to manage communications with patients and clinical team. General Responsibilities
- Plays a key role in representing a practice within the community.
- Travel to various event locations in New York and New Jersey
- Develop proficiency with the Company’s Electronic Health Record system
- Handle communications with patients for both outreach and inbound inquiries
- Establish a professional and friendly relationship with patients, as well as, with
patient volume growth at each location
- Make post-event texts and calls to prospective patients using different reports and tools, with the goal of booking appointments.
- Enter, track and analyze outbound call data.
- Handle any necessary clerical duties
- Answers phone calls if not at event
- Schedules appointments
- Handles all inquiries
- Greets patients both in person and on the phone
- Helps patients fill out required intake forms
- Ensures availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
- Maintains filing system for all patient documents and reports submitted
- Answers emails and other electronic messages as required from patients and/or staff
- Confirms appointments by phone and/or text
- Calls patients when late beyond 15 mins
- Completes follow up calls to patients

- Electronic Medical Records system experience
- Customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Computer software proficiency, Microsoft 365
