About the Role

As a Client Success Executive , you will own key employer relationships from onboarding to renewal, ensuring adoption, engagement, and client retention. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize impact.

This is a high-impact role reporting to executive leadership, ideal for a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable in a fast-changing environment where adaptability, ownership, and resilience are key .

What You’ll Do

Be the Trusted Partner : Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, helping them implement and optimize Wellness Coach programs.

Drive Engagement & Renewals : Use data and insights to recommend strategies that maximize adoption and retention.

Think Like a Consultant : Offer strategic guidance on wellness program best practices and industry trends.

Own Your Accounts : Manage contract renewals, proactively identify risks, and collaborate with internal teams to drive client success.

Lead with Energy & Expertise : Communicate product roadmaps, engagement strategies, and new features with passion.

Problem-Solve & Innovate : Identify challenges before they arise and work cross-functionally to address them.

What You Bring

  • 5 years in client success, account management, or a related field , ideally within B2B SaaS or HR tech.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment – You are adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with change.
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative mindset – You use data and insights to guide clients.
  • Excellent communication skills – You can simplify complex ideas and inspire engagement.
  • Ownership mentality – You take initiative, drive solutions, and make things happen.
  • Passion for well-being & HR technology – You understand the corporate benefits space and care about making an impact.
  • Experience with HubSpot (preferred).
