The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Technical Lead to spearhead the next wave of innovation and scalability at Wellness Coach. This position demands a proactive engineering leader with a strong background in SaaS product scaling, AI-driven solutions, DevOps optimization, and automation. You will lead a high-performing team of over six senior full-stack engineers, collaborating directly with Product, Data Science, and DevOps teams to develop and enhance our AI-driven analytics, automation, and engagement platforms.
What You Will Own
- Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers within a rapidly growing SaaS startup.
- Architect and expand our multi-tenant AI-driven SaaS platform designed for enterprise clients.
- Ensure robust security, compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001), and high-performance infrastructure.
- Optimize AI-powered automation, analytics, and data processing pipelines.
- Create highly scalable, modular applications using cutting-edge full-stack technologies.
- Establish engineering best practices, DevOps strategies, and roadmaps for AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Technology & Product Innovation
Direct the architecture, development, and scalability of our SaaS wellness platform.Build and refine a microservices-based, modular full-stack system using React.js, Next.js (frontend), and Node.js, TypeScript (backend).Develop AI-powered analytics engines to deliver real-time insights and predictive analytics for enterprise clients.Enhance personalization and engagement through AI-driven coaching, chatbots, and dynamic content delivery.Engineering Leadership & Team Management
Lead, guide, and grow a team of 6 senior engineers, maintaining high technical standards.Promote cross-functional collaboration among engineering, product, AI / ML, and DevOps teams.Conduct code reviews, uphold best practices, and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture.Align engineering projects with business objectives and growth strategies.AI, Automation & Predictive Insights
Utilize AI-powered tools like Cursor, OpenAI, and Copilot to boost developer productivity and automate processes.Construct AI-driven engagement models to enhance user retention, enterprise ROI, and predictive wellness analytics.Refine event-driven architectures (Kafka, AWS Kinesis) for real-time user behavior tracking.SaaS Scalability, Security & Compliance
Scale our multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure utilizing AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, DynamoDB, Cognito, S3).Implement enterprise-grade security measures in compliance with SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.Ensure RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), OAuth authentication, and API security meet enterprise standards.DevOps, CI / CD & Test Automation
Manage and optimize CI / CD pipelines for zero-downtime deployments and automated infrastructure scaling.Establish end-to-end test automation using tools such as Cypress, Jest, Selenium, Playwright.Promote security-first development practices with Terraform, AWS CDK, and DevSecOps methodologies.Must-Have Skills & Experience
8 years of full-stack experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.Strong technical leadership capabilities with experience managing 6 senior engineers.Expertise in AWS cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, DynamoDB, Cognito, S3, SNS, SQS).Proficiency in NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) and query optimization.Extensive DevOps experience with CI / CD, Terraform, AWS CDK, Kubernetes, Docker.Security and compliance experience with SOC2, ISO 27001, IAM, RBAC, OAuth.Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor, OpenAI, and Copilot for automation.Strong skills in debugging, logging, and monitoring (ELK, Datadog, OpenTelemetry).Hands-on expertise with analytics engines and real-time event processing.Why Join Us?
