What You'll Do:
- Reach Out & Engage: Make warm calls to potential patients, sparking interest in the amazing benefits of all the services our office has to offer.
- Build Relationships: Connect with prospects and share how our services can improve their quality of life.
- Stay Organized: Use GoHighLevel/EMR to track leads and keep appointment schedules running smoothly.
- Coordinate Schedules: Work with patients to find the best appointment times that fit their needs.
- Team Up for Success: Collaborate with our marketing team to create effective outreach strategies and increase patient engagement.
- Follow-Up: Keep the conversation going with leads to convert them into scheduled appointments.
- Stay Positive: Bring your enthusiasm and upbeat energy to every phone call!
- Help Us Grow: Support our business development initiatives and discover opportunities for expansion.
What We're Looking For:
- Sales Experience: A background in technical sales or appointment generation, especially in healthcare or related fields, is a plus.
- Strong Communicator: You’re a pro at building rapport, whether in person or over the phone.
- Sales Savvy: You know how to create excitement and close deals with ease.
- Telemarketing Experience: You’re comfortable using warm-calling techniques to engage potential clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM software) is a bonus!
- Negotiation Skills: You can find the perfect balance between flexibility and meeting our patients' needs.
- Self-Starter: You have a proactive attitude and are always looking for new ways to engage with potential clients.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
