What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the friendly voice that clients can rely on, addressing their questions and concerns with a smile, whether in person or over the phone.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Help keep everything organized with precise data entry, ensuring client information is up-to-date.
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring every client feels heard and appreciated.
- Support Our Team: Assist with call center operations and team efforts to provide a seamless experience for every client.
- Educate & Engage: Clearly communicate our services, appointment details, and wellness programs to keep clients in the loop.
- Enhance Satisfaction: Use client feedback to continuously improve our services and create even more positive experiences.
- Multilingual Support: If you’re bilingual or multilingual, you’ll help serve our diverse clientele, ensuring no one is left behind!
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer Service Experience: Whether in healthcare or another field, you have a proven track record of delivering outstanding service.
- Great Communicator: You’re skilled at engaging with clients, ensuring they feel valued and well-cared for.
- Attention to Detail: You understand the importance of keeping accurate records and are comfortable with data entry tasks.
- Call Center Experience (A Plus): If you’ve worked in a call center before, fantastic! If not, no worries—we’re happy to train.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.19 per hour
