What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician AssistantNurse Practitioner - Family Medicine Sign on bonus 2500 Part Time position at Wellness Pointe?
Will primarily provide health care services to patients under direction and responsibility of a physician. This includes patient examination comprehensive physical examinations and compiles patient medical data including health history and results of physical examination. Will work a minimum of 24 hours.
Qualifications :
- State of Texas License as a Physicians Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Preferred general or community health medical experience.
- Licensed to practice in jurisdiction as required by the State.
- Preferred general or community health nursing experience.
- Mental and physical health sufficient to meet the demands of the position.
- Must be able to adhere to all client related policies and procedures including confidentiality.
