Wellness & Prevention Center is seeking a Center Manager to oversee and manage the
onsite operations of the allcove center in San Juan Capistrano. They are a highly motivated and capable person
who facilitates excellence in integrated, holistic health care with the goal of improving outcomes for youth who
access the program, their family and friends, and the wider community. The Center Manager works collaboratively
with a range of stakeholders to ensure all activities are in accordance with funding and direction provided by the
lead agency, Community Consortium partners and the Youth Advisory Group. This position will have a direct
impact on all aspects of the organization and there is opportunity for professional growth through training and
mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations including managing site, employees and scheduling staff
- Supervise & monitor staff performance
- Address staff performance issues effectively according to documented policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with service partners and contracted staff to ensure that any difficulties are identified and resolved to maintain the sustainable and ongoing delivery of their services
- Participate in and support other members of the allcove center to participate in programs, education and training, and other opportunities offered by the Central allcove Team, the allcove network, and the larger array of youth mental health services
- Shape and structure a working environment conducive to youth engagement, where all staff understand what is expected of them and how their efforts contribute to success
- Ensure center’s team is in alignment with trademark license and brand guidelines
- Manage and support outreach opportunities, events, conference and meetings
- Assist with Youth Advisory Group (YAG) as needed, including meeting attendance
- Coordinate with all subcontractors
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous quality improvement of project deliverables
- Identify and implement best practices
- Develop forms and records to document and evaluate program activities

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required, master’s degree preferred
● 3-5 years of related professional experience
● Experience with database systems, exhibit learning/implementing/teaching use of technology
● Command of MS Office, Google, and Adobe programs
● A successful track record in setting priorities and executing tasks on-time or ahead of schedule
● Keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which support sound decision making
● Ability to work as a team including effectively managing up and sideways
● Effective time management and organizational skills
● Discretion and respect for information privacy and protected health information
● Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of WPC
● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
● Valid driver’s license and insurance
Salary : $66,560 - $80,000
