Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director (Hybrid)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Pay: $25-$30 per hour

Summary of Position
The Executive Assistant provides high-level, confidential administrative support to the office of the Director and other senior executives. Duties may be clerical, administrative, or project-based and include scheduling travel, arranging meetings, handling information requests, preparing presentations and reports, and communicating with other members of the senior executive team. This position requires a high level of diplomacy, confidentiality, and discretion.

About the Role
- Executive Support: Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, prepare presentations, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, efficiently managing multiple email inboxes, responding to inquiries, and communicating urgent requests to the Director.
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and ensure the Director's schedule is followed, acting as a "barometer" to keep them informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities, and relevant organizational issues.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings and events, handling logistics such as agendas, materials, and note-taking.
- Research & Reporting: Create, collect, and complete data reports, and conduct research as needed to support the Director and senior executives.
- Special Projects: Take on a variety of special projects as assigned, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; Associate degree with equivalent work experience considered.
- Two years of experience in an administrative or office management role preferred.
- Familiarity with HIPAA/FERPA guidelines is a plus.
