About this position
We are seeking a passionate wellness professional / acute care provider to provide ONSITE triage / injury management and one-on-one health behavior change interventions for our construction client partner. You will promote a healthy culture and strive to engage employees in the company's well-being offerings. This candidate will serve as a wellness ambassador and role model.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Provide one-to-one health coaching for employees
- Provide triage and acute services to various trades at a construction site
- Lead stretch and flex warm-up sessions for various workers onsite
- Work closely with safety committees, union representatives, and foremen to provide wellness education to the population
- Create and deploy health promotion, education, activities, and challenges
- Track health behavior change using proprietary health coaching software
- Conduct in-person health risk assessments and biometric screens (training provided)
Requirements :
Exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communication skills required.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
