What You Will Do
- Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Reach or exceed performance metrics on calls, meetings and sales
- Achieve both individual and team goals
- Collaborate with team members to maximize opportunities and drive sales
- Work closely with the Sales Management team to develop targeted lists, strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
- Execute lead generation campaigns with Marketing and Sales
- Learn, understand, and implement processes and systems such as Salesforce
- Minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of sales or lead generation experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
- Possess knowledge of sales theories and practices
- Display skills in written and oral communication
- Possess creativity to craft innovative sales strategies to address the needs of individual leads
- Ability to learn, understand, and implement processes and systems
- Maintain a strong work ethic
- Display energy, passion and a desire to excel
