Your Role as Clinical Supervisor
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be an essential leader within our programs, providing clinical oversight, field-based supervision, and ensuring the highest quality care for clients. You will oversee program services, guide a team of providers, and maintain strong relationships with community agencies to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality individual and group supervision to unlicensed clinical providers weekly, ensuring alignment with Board of Behavioral Sciences standards.
Monitor case records, conduct audits, and ensure services meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
Mentor and coach clinical and non-clinical staff to foster professional growth and exceptional client care.
Review treatment plans, provide direct support for complex cases, and ensure effective service delivery.
Assist in planning and implementing mental health programs, ensuring they align with regulations and community needs.
Regularly assess staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct annual evaluations.
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology and active licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
A minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience, with 1-2 years in a clinical supervisory role preferred.
Strong ability to mentor, motivate, and guide teams toward excellence.
Experience working in diverse community settings and collaborating with agencies like DMH and DCFS.

Annual Salary : $84,820.00 - $95,304.00
