Ideal candidates are grounded in clinical excellence, self-motivated, proactive, mission-driven and believe in an integrated model of care and working across multidisciplinary teams. You will:

• Provide compassionate direct patient care in person with an emphasis on comprehensive mental health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, creating personalized care plans, following up on care as needed, and providing high-quality psychotherapy

• Be comfortable with diagnosing, triaging, supporting, and managing high-acuity mental health conditions including crisis interventions, treatment-resistant depression (TRD), suicidality, and mood disorders, given our specific focus on ketamine treatment for TRD.

• Work within an integrated, multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychotherapists, nurse practitioners, wellness practitioners, and other clinicians to collaborate on providing a comprehensive suite of services to our patients

• Supervise clinicians when needed, and deliver individual, group, and family/couples psychotherapy as per the direction of established treatment plans and as per best practice standards in psychotherapy

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the best clinical outcomes possible and to coordinate with regard to integrated care and personalized care plans

• Consistently monitor and follow up with patients to evaluate patient outcomes and help patients reach their overall goals

• Participate in staff meetings, training, and supervision where deemed necessary and maintain patient records in a professional, timely, and compliant manner

• Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and sincerity in care delivery and practice in accordance with a high degree of integrity



REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• Clinical Psychologist with a Doctoral Degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy. D)

• Active, unrestricted New York state licensure and current registration in the respective field

• 5 years of outpatient clinical experience with a strong psychotherapy focus, ideally some of which are in a team-based setting. Trauma-informed practice is a strong plus, and CBT and/or DBT modality is a plus!

• A core belief in our clinical model and a desire to work within a progressive modern mental health practice

• Compassion and empathy in your clinical work with patients, embodying excellence in every way from internal integrity to academic rigor

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams, patients, and their loved ones

• Experience working with BIPOC populations is a strong plus!

• A keen sense of personal accountability, attention to detail, and agility in mastering digital tools including, but not limited to, EHR, telehealth, and patient-facing applications

Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
