What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer email inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Monitor and respond to member communication via chat.
- Answer a variety of incoming calls from members and providers regarding healthcare questions.
- Build rapport with callers using a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Determine and execute the best resolution based on the caller’s needs or requests.
- Document all calls thoroughly and provide timely follow-up, ensuring complete resolution.
- Review plan benefits and determine unique plan provisions during call handling.
- Perform simple claim adjustments when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- An associate degree and several years of customer service experience.
