Job Description
The Multi-Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple UC facilities, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care and service. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing site staff and activities to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and maintaining a safe work environment
- Participating in grassroots marketing initiatives and promoting the company's brand
- Assisting in managing accounts receivables/bad debt for their site
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management position in healthcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
