Multi-Site Manager Role

Main Responsibilities
- Manage patient satisfaction, employee engagement, revenue, profitability, team selection, performance, and development for assigned sites.
- Supervise daily operations, including orientation, training, and cross-training of clinic staff.
- Clearly communicate goals and objectives to employees and partner with regional practice managers to manage site staffing levels.
- Participate in interviewing, selection, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.
