WellPath Behavioral and Psychological Services is actively seeking BCBAs/BCaBAs/Lead Analysts to join our staff. We specialize in providing comprehensive in-home, school, and community ABA services to children with ASD, developmental delays, and other challenging behaviors. We have openings in Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita, Estero, Lehigh Acres, and Immokalee.
Job Summary
The BCBA/Lead Analyst will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing Applied Behavior Analysis Services, functional behavior analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedure, and adaptive life skills. A BCBA/Lead Analyst will also oversee programming of BCaBAs and supervision to RBTs/direct support staff as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior Support Plans.
The BCaBA is primarily responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior plans under supervision of a BCBA. The BCaBA is to ensure the implementation of treatment plans and programming of clients on their caseload. BCaBAs will closely monitor and supervise implementation of ABA services provided by RBTs.
Job Responsibilities:
· Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming including the training of support staff as applicable
· Assist in the development, facilitation, and follow-up training in Applied Behavior Analysis, using both discrete trial training and natural environment training models of teaching.
· Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for clients and their families.
· Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools to conduct functional assessments when appropriate, and to develop appropriate behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
· Provided ongoing support and training to direct support professionals, ABA implementers, and other individuals in support roles for families.
· Create and review data collection system to establish baseline and programmatic efficacy for all consumers, and to analyze data on a frequent and ongoing basis to guide programming.
· Meet as needed with supervised staff to discuss consumer issues and provide support when necessary.
· Review and sign off behavior plan/treatment plan for all field staff and provide field supervision when necessary.
· Enter sessions note within 48 hours of each session.
· Keep current with literature, new research findings, and resources.
· Maintain licensure/certification according to with regulating boards
· Maintain all data, paperwork, and communication between care staff, families, and provide ongoing feedback to government-related agencies that contract with such families.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Active license or BACB certification
Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality, and with minimal direction.
Knowledge of DTT programming and implementation
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Flexible availability
Current on all required trainings/certifications
Valid driver’s insurance

Valid CPR/BLS
