Job Purpose :
Our next Clinical Supervisor- Comprehensive Community Services Milwaukee will be integral member of the Mental Health Division team. team, providing consistent support, clinical supervision, and leadership for the Comprehensive Community Services Care Coordination team and Outpatient Clinic therapists.
Qualifications :
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family and corresponding independent licensure required . Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Five years post masters experience providing individual, child, group and family therapy preferred.
- Prior Supervisory experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve positive outcomes and work successfully with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge in the application of clinical theories, practices, and techniques of casework.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the laws and regulations pertaining to behavioral health, children, youth, and families.
- Knowledge of community resources.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; including strong public speaking and report writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to define problem areas, assemble facts and recommend solutions.
- Training in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics.
- Excellent public relations skills
- A valid Wisconsin Driver’s License or occupational driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance is required.
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills, detail oriented, highly effective verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to effective understanding and practice of cultural humility and ability work and communicate respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in the usage of computer software; demonstrate an understanding of computer file systems and databases, e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Teams, ADP, etc.
- Physical exam, drug screen, motor vehicle report, and background checks are required for this position.
