Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube, focusing on delivering qualified leads.
- Develop and manage retargeting strategies to maximize audience engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce platform-specific ad copy, visuals, and video content tailored for audience segments.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROI, conversion rates, etc.) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and measurable ROI.
- Conduct audience research to identify, segment, and target the right audiences, including lookalike audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends, updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards with clear metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- 2–5 years of experience running digital marketing campaigns on: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager (Instagram/Facebook), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and optimizing retargeting strategies to improve conversions.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROI) and experience with tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams to produce effective, platform-specific content.
- Solid project management and organizational skills with experience managing multiple campaigns.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and lookalike audience strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, or Monday.com).
- Familiarity with SEO principles to support ad strategies.
- Basic creative design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
