Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for the organization. This position is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This is a fully remote, part-time hourly position that requires extensive phone communication, including conducting interviews and following up with candidates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
· Conduct a high volume of phone interviews to screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
· Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
· Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
· Assist in employer branding efforts to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process, including regular phone follow-ups.
· Track and report key recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
· Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Basic Job Requirements, Education, Training, and Experience Requirements:
· Experience in Recruiting, or a related HR role preferred .
· Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software preferred.
· Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.

Details & Compensation:
- Hours are part-time and may vary daily/weekly.
- Valid driver’s license and smartphone required.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
