Job Description
Responsible to lead the initiative to assemble annual Asset Reliability Work Plans for all applicable equipment in their focus areas. (Including; Inspection, Preventative, Predictive, and Rebuild, and corrective requirements)
- Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) power user. Responsible for building appropriate equipment hierarchies and BOMs in the CMMS. Leads equipment and parts criticality assessments to prioritize effort of all department personnel.
- Responsible for planning and scheduling all modification to existing equipment, facilities and preventive maintenance in assigned areas. Responsible for build and upkeep of electronic and hard copy OEM Manual library. Determines feasibility of work orders and receives approval to pursue. Organizes all pertinent parts and tooling. Verifies equipment availability for all maintenance work requested. Utilizes kitting process to increase effectiveness.
- Estimates maintenance labor hours and materials needed to complete work orders. Prioritizes work to be completed. Prepares requisitions and allocates material to work orders. Coordinates work with originating department and follows up to assist in any problems encountered.
- Schedules corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on all machinery in plant and surrounding areas and maintains accurate records of work done. Maintains history on all machinery, parts costs and man-hour costs in plant and outlying areas. Schedules work orders to assure timely completion of work according to established priorities. Maintains work order documentation including date, description of work, completion time and cost of project.
- Establishes preventive maintenance schedules and tasking for all new equipment prior to startup. Maintains scheduling documentation, including date, completion time (p.m. hours, emergency hours) and cost of project. Schedules safety checks of all micro switches and emergency stops and maintains records to meet OSHA requirements.

- Prepares reports, Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and status reports for departmental performance down to the associate level. Communicates with other supervisors and leads to find out about equipment problems.
- Continually evaluates equipment breakdown trends / history and modifies department efforts as needed.

Qualifications

The base pay range for this position is $62,252.08 to $87,152.92 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
