Wells Enterprises is looking for a strategic & action-oriented Brand Manager to steward the brand into its next era of growth. Reporting to the Brand Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the holistic Halo Top business. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in autonomy, commands a mix of creative instincts and analytical prowess, and can inspire a diverse cross functional team to work together to achieve complex goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
The base pay range for this position is $115,766 to $162,073 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop, collaborate, and implement brand strategies that grow Halo Top’s presence in frozen desserts.
- New Product Development: Partner with product managers, R&D, and production experts to identify new products that solve consumer needs while aligning with brand positioning criteria.
- Holistic General Management: Champion the bottom-line success of the brand, identifying opportunities for improvement and partnering with cross-functional partners to capitalize on their resolution.
- Consumer Insights & Trends: Strategically conduct & analyze consumer research, market research, and syndicated data analysis to identify trends and inform go-forward plans.
- Marketing Campaigns & Activation: Lead an integrated agency team to plan & execute marketing campaigns that win the hearts and minds of consumers - including tactics such as digital, social, influencer, and traditional advertising – while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Sales, Retail, and E-Com Support: Collaborate with demand partners to connect brand and marketing initiatives with the goals and objectives of our customer partners, driving growth for all.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Measure and analyze key performance indicators, leveraging findings to adjust strategies and meet business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead & coach a team of (1) Associate Brand Manager, developing their skills and capabilities while delivering business results you both can be proud of.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or related CPG roles. Preferably in the food & beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of brand building & delivering on consumer needs.
- Proven ability to execute successful marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and experience in turning complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership & communication skills, as well as the ability to influence and inspire.
- Interest or understanding of the health-conscious food industry, with a passion for developing food that consumers can feel good about.
