Wells Enterprises has a Senior Associate Brand Manager opening on our growing Blue Bunny team. The Senior Associate Brand Manager will report into the Strategic Growth Brand Manager on Blue Bunny and play a key role in developing and shaping the future of the Blue Bunny business.
Responsibilities Include
- Leads executional management of strategic growth business plans on existing or future business, partnering closely with cross-functional counterparts
- Owns comprehensive brand analysis - industry, category, competition, and brand - to inform growth plans
- Brings forward insight & fact-based recommendations based on syndicated data as well as custom research design, implementation, and analysis
- Supports development of brand strategy growth plans within 1 to 3-year horizon - inclusive of innovation, renovation, packaging, pricing
- Responsible to create and develop brand materials used with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or Sales. MBA preferred
- 2-3 years marketing experience with a CPG company.
- Effectively lead a cross-functional team and drive results, build relationships, and communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial-minded, ability to work in a fast-paced, nimble environment.
- Problem solving skills, possesses functional and technical skills, written and verbal communication skills, relationship management and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, insight generation.
- Access and interpret syndicated data to inform fact-based decisions.
- Knowledge and familiarity around launching innovation, new product lines, and/or entering new channels.
